We understand that shopping online is sometimes a little difficult. Without being able to touch the items and see them in person, deciding what to choose can be hard. We strive to fill orders as quickly as possible. Once placed an order can not be canceled.

Orders are eligible for return within 5 days of receipt, customers are responsible for the return shipping. If there is a error on our part we will rectify any situation at no cost to customer. just contact us if there’s a problem.

Orders are eligible for exchange within 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Customer is Responsible for Return Shipping As Well As Shipping Cost for New Items($22). Exchange & Return Guidelines
Eligible Products
- In original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged) and in original packaging. No combing, brushing, finger combing etc all units must be in the same condition as they were upon arrival Including all original packaging. We will not accept exchanges of any products not in their original condition with original packaging.
- Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
- Item(s) must be returned within 5 days of receiving your original order.
How to Exchange or Return:
To return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange.
